I have been really impressed from start to finish. Everyone has been friendly, helpful and reassuring.Everything was explained clearly to me before and during the minor surgery and I felt comfortable asking any questions.  All is looking good I’m very happy I had the mole removed. The surgery was carried out on time by Rob and his assistant and the after care required was explained in a precise and clear manner. I will return to have my sutures removed in about 6 days time. Thank you for passing on that documentation.  Overall, my experience was very positive. Dr Thakore was very capable and knowledgeable. He, the nurse, and the student were all very friendly and adeptly employed humour to make me feel more at ease! I now no longer feel any soreness and the stitches appear to be dissolving nicely.  The only thing I’m wondering is the procedure took less than 30 minutes (from start to finish), so should I have been refunded the additional amount? I did arrive 10 minutes late because of getting a bit lost, so I suppose it’s my fault!  Regardless, the service was very good and I would certainly recommend you to others.  CC Jul 23

I would like to thank Dr. Hernandez for the procedure performed. He is clearly very good at what he does. I am pleased to say there is no grow back of the cyst and the surgical site healed immaculately without infection. On removing the stitches at my local GP surgery the nurse was very impressed with his sutures/ stitching. She said it had been a long time since she saw such neat work. I was very happy with how I was treated throughout the process. CS Jul 23

Dear Gina thanks for organising my procedure with Dr Kotnis at the Oxford clinic the procedure went well and Dr Kotnis and his assistent did a good job neat and tidy. i had my stiches removed today and it all looks good no problems, once again many thanks.   BJ Jun 23
